Been awhile huh!

The last 16 months have been a whirlwind of:  juggling two businesses, a successful launch of the TrailManners podcast (thanks to all whole donated to our Kickstarter), and trying not to have a heart attack (don’t worry it was just reflux inducing heart palpitations). During that span of 16-months we have experimented with training in a micro-gym environment. Overall, I’m pleased with the outcome and we will continue our “tiny-gym” experiment through 2016. For the rest of 2016 we will only train in the gym on Tuesday and Thursday the rest of the week get outside and enjoy!

As I was rebuilding the website, I looked through 6 years of photos and man, we have had some serious bad asses in the gym! We will do an athlete spotlight series to showcase some of the awesome athletes who have trained with Bomber Athlete over the last 6 years.

Our first spotlight is Eliot Reynolds. I first met Eliot when he was an Assistant Coach for the Weber State Women’s Basketball team (2007ish) and I was the Director of Human Performance at BASICS Sports Medicine. Eliot jumped into our fitness class and was hooked on the level of intensity and group camaraderie. When I left BASICS in 2010, I asked Eliot to come with me as a coach for Bomber Athlete.  I’m grateful for his support and dedication over the last 9 years.
